This presentation will review some recent insight on specific COVID related food fraud vulnerabilities. These new or evolving vulnerabilities underscore the importance of a dynamic food fraud prevention strategy. A key focus is processing the new insights into the food fraud vulnerability assessment to help support adjustments to the countermeasures and control systems.
